|  SEPANG TO HOST BIGGEST EVER SUPER GT IN ITS HISTORY
The 2006 Super GT Championship Malaysia, which will be held at Sepang Circuit in June, will feature the biggest ever drivers participation with eight championship series joining the feature Super GT race during the three-day motor racing showcase. With Super GT race guaranteed a full grid being a championship round, other series lined up as the support races in Sepang include the newly introduced single-seater Formula Renault V6 Asia, the regular Formula Renault FRD and the Gates Hong Kong Classic Car Championship. 16 April 2006, KUALA LUMPUR : Pencarian Dewi Remaja (PDR) 2005/2006 akhirnya sampai ke kemuncak apabila Sharifah Nor Azean Syed Mahadzir, 22 tahun yang berasal Kuala Lumpur dinobatkan sebagai Dewi Remaja 2005/2006 pada malam gilang gemilang yang berlangsung di Manhattan Ballroom, Berjaya Times Square Hotel & Convention Center malam tadi.
Tempat kedua disandang oleh Ivy Lee, 22 dari Selangor sementara tempat ketiga dikongsi bersama oleh Izreen Azminda, 21 dari Perlis, Nicolita Sanseh, 22 dari Sabah dan Wan Hasaida, 22 dari Kelantan. Sementara itu Wan Hasaida turut dianugerahkan gelaran Dewi Persahabatan 2005/2006 dan Rabecca Nur, 20 dari Johor pula dianugerahkan gelaran Dewi Favourite 2005/2006.
Pusingan akhir berlangsung dalam berberapa peringkat dimana 22 peserta menggayakan pakaian sukan, batik, songket dan akhir sekali gaun malam ciptaan berberapa pereka terkemuka tempatan. Dalam acara kemuncak PDR, kesemua finalis diadili menerusi personaliti, keterampilan, IQ, disiplin diri, bakat dan juga menerusi aktiviti-aktiviti yang telah dianjurkan untuk mereka selama 10 hari.
Barisan pengacara popular remaja pada malam tersebut terdiri dari Ashraf Sinclair, Sazzy Falak dan Awal yang menampilkan gandingan mantap sementara majlis turut dihiburkan dengan persembahan hebat artis-artis tanah air seperti Dayang Nurfaizah, Hazami, Azharina, Nita (MI), VE, Misha Omar dan Vince.
Malam PDR 2005/2006 turut diserikan dengan kehadiran bekas-bekas Dewi Remaja seperti Tengku Anis, Aleeza Kassim, Wan Khatijah, Juliana Banos dan Annahita Bakavoli.
